Robert A. Zick

Bob’s primary areas of practice are corporate and business law, including business sales and acquisitions, banking, real estate, estate planning, probate, and trust administration.  He also handles general civil litigation matters.  With an undergraduate degree in finance, with an emphasis in accounting, and an MBA in finance, Bob is versed in the financial and accounting details of sophisticated business transactions.  In litigation and negotiation, he applies a creative, practical approach to problem-solving.  He also knows how to effectively transfer wealth between generations in a tax efficient manner that meets the legal needs of his clients and addresses the client’s family considerations and personal goals.

Bob founded the firm now known as Zick, Voss, Politte, Richardson & Brinker, P.C., as a solo practice in 1983.  He has dedicated his career to building a firm of excellent attorneys and staff committed to providing quality legal services to clients at a fair price.  The continual and careful growth of the firm that has been nurtured over the years by the partners assures clients that they will have a legal team to rely upon over the long term.

Bob keeps grounded with community service, farm work, and his grandchildren.
