Sean joined the law firm of Zick, Voss, Politte, Richardson & Brinker, P.C., as a lawyer in 2014 after earning his law degree from the University of Missouri.  Before law school, Sean attended Missouri State University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in administrative management.  Sean became a named partner in January 2021.

As a seasoned litigator, Sean practices before both state and federal courts assisting clients in a range of matters including real estate transactions and disputes, business disputes, divorce and child custody, criminal and traffic law, personal injuries, and general civil litigation.  Sean also regularly aids clients in estate planning, forming businesses and nonprofit entities for which he works to obtain federal and state tax exemptions. One of Sean’s greatest joys is the challenge of appellate practice, where he has argued before two of the State’s three branches of the appellate courts and the Missouri Supreme Court.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Sean remains active in the community serving on the boards of various nonprofit entities, including the Pacific Area Chamber of Commerce.  Sean and his family are also parishioners of St. Bridget of Kildare in Pacific.  Most importantly, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.
